Message From Our Founder

Dear Prospective Member,

I invite you to join a bold and intentional movement rooted in ownership, collaboration, and the shared vision of returning home not just to live, but to build.

Across the diaspora, many women dream of reconnecting with Jamaica in a meaningful way—not simply as visitors, but as owners, investors, and contributors to generational wealth. Yet pursuing land ownership and agricultural investment alone can often feel overwhelming or inaccessible. This initiative was created to change that reality.

We are forming a women-led agricultural cooperative that will bring together 10–15 committed women to collectively invest in farmland, agricultural production, and sustainable income opportunities in Jamaica. This is more than a business venture; it is a strategic effort to expand women’s access to land, capital, and long-term economic empowerment.

Our vision is to create a farm that is owned, operated, and led by women. Through agricultural production, local partnerships, agro-tourism, and farm-to-table experiences, we aim to build a model that supports both immediate and long-term growth while contributing to Jamaica’s agricultural sovereignty.

We are seeking women who are:

  • Interested in returning to or investing in Jamaica within the next 1–3 years

  • Financially and collaboratively committed

  • Open to working within a structured, accountable group

  • Aligned with values of transparency, ownership, and sustainable growth

This is not a passive opportunity—it is an active commitment to building something meaningful together. If this vision resonates with you, I invite you to take the next step in learning more about the cooperative, investment structure, and member selection process.

Together, we can move beyond intention and into ownership.

With purpose,

Sharaine Brown
